Programming:

* PHP 5 Objects
* Knowledge of difference between OOP in PHP4 and PHP5
* Knowledge of MySQL 4 & 5
* Comfortable with MySQL command line interface & PHPMyAdmin
* Comfortable using Linux
* Comfortable using Git
* Experience with Javascript / AJAX / JSON
* Experience with XML
* Writes neat, organized and documented code.

CMS / Frameworks
* CakePHP / MVC frame works
* Wordpress Development

Bonus Points:
* Experience developing Facebook/social web apps
* jQuery
* Strong Sysadmin experience
* MongoDB, document based data systems
* Unity 3D knowledge
* CSS skills
* XHTML skills
* Photoshop Skills

Personality and Communication Skills
